Terms of Service

The service

PostReview is a software service for trade service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, mechanics, and similar trades). It provides automated social media posting to Facebook and Instagram, and automated SMS requests asking your customers for a Google review, triggered by jobs you complete inside the app.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
• Information you provide about your business must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for the content you post and for the rights to any photos you upload.
• You may only send SMS review requests to customers for whom you have completed a job and from whom you have permission to text. You must not send promotional or marketing SMS through the service.
• You must comply with Meta’s policies for Facebook and Instagram, Google’s review policies, and applicable laws.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

Free trial and pricing

Each business gets one free trial: 14 days from sign-up, no credit card required. To keep posting after it, choose a plan: $49/month for Solo or $79/month for Crew, billed monthly to the payment method on file and renewing automatically until you cancel. If you choose a plan during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Plan limits and fair use

• Solo includes 1 user and 25 posts per month. Crew includes up to 5 users (the account owner plus 4 crew members) and 125 posts per month, shared across the account.
• The free trial lasts 14 days from sign-up and includes up to 14 posts, 1 per day. Trial limits apply until your first paid billing period starts, even if you choose a plan during the trial.
• A post is one completed job published through PostReview, counted once whether it goes to Facebook, Instagram, or both. Post limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and unused posts don’t roll over.
• Each post includes up to 2 AI caption rewrites. Each user can publish up to 20 posts in any 24 hours.
• Your business can send one review request (a text plus at most one reminder) to the same customer phone number every 30 days.
• We may suspend accounts used for spam, automated or bulk posting, or attempts to get around these limits.
• We may change plans, prices, or limits. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and changes take effect at your next billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and ends the paid period at the end of the current billing month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation you keep read-only access to your data for a grace period, and you can request a copy of your data by emailing info@postreviewai.com.

SMS terms (review-request program)

Program: PostReview review requests, operated by COBRA & SPEER LLC on behalf of the trade-service business that served you. The program sends a short text asking you to leave a Google review after a completed job.

• SMS review requests are only sent when a business completes a job inside the app and provides the customer’s phone number for that job, with the customer’s permission. The service does not send unsolicited, promotional, or bulk SMS.
• Message frequency varies, typically one to two messages per completed job.
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients depending on their mobile carrier.
• Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opt-outs are honored permanently across the service. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and how customers opt in.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send misleading, deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or spam content; to impersonate another business; or to attempt to circumvent any third-party platform’s rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COBRA & SPEER LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta, Google, mobile carriers, or other third-party platforms, including removing posts, limiting your accounts, or blocking messages. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having your customers’ permission to text them.
