Terms of Service

The service

PostReview is a software service for trade service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, mechanics, and similar trades). It provides automated social media posting to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile, and automated SMS review requests to your customers, triggered by jobs you complete inside the app.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
• Information you provide about your business must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for the content you post and for the rights to any photos you upload.
• You may only send SMS review requests to customers for whom you have completed a job and from whom you have permission to text. You must not send promotional or marketing SMS through the service.
• You must comply with the policies of the connected platforms (Meta, Google) and applicable laws.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

Free trial and pricing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required at sign-up. After the trial, the service auto-renews on a monthly subscription at $49/month for Solo or $79/month for Crew, billed to the payment method on file. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and ends the paid period at the end of the current billing month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation you keep read-only access to your data for a grace period and may export it before deletion.

SMS rules

• SMS review requests are only sent when a business owner completes a job inside the app and provides the customer’s phone number for that job. The service does not send unsolicited or bulk SMS.
• Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opt-outs are honored permanently across the service.
• Recipients can reply HELP for assistance.
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients depending on their mobile carrier.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send misleading, deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or spam content; to impersonate another business; or to attempt to circumvent any third-party platform’s rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COBRA & SPEER LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
