Data Deletion

PostReview is operated by COBRA & SPEER LLC. You can remove the Facebook and Instagram access you gave PostReview at any time, and you can ask us to delete your PostReview account and all of its data.
1. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram in PostReview
- Sign in to PostReview.
- Tap More, then Connections.
- Tap Disconnect next to Facebook Page. This disconnects Instagram too.
This immediately deletes the access token and Page and Instagram account details we stored. PostReview can no longer post for you.
2. Remove PostReview from your Facebook account
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find PostReview and select Remove.
This revokes PostReview’s permission on Meta’s side as well.
3. Delete your PostReview account and data
Email info@postreviewai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my PostReview account”. We will confirm your request and delete your account, business, team, job, photo, and connection data within 30 days.
We keep only the minimum records needed to keep honoring SMS opt-outs and to meet legal or billing obligations. Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram stay there until you delete them on those platforms.
